Hideaway Hills is a limited-access, residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1961.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,500 to more than 3,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,250 sq. ft. Median lot size is slightly less than one-half acre.

Marietta Drive and the cul-de-sac at the end of Lois Drive back to the Squires Golf Club. Also nearby, just across McKean Road, is the Oak Terrace Golf Club and the Talamore at Oak Terrace residential golf club community. Entry into the neighborhood is from Welsh Road onto Marietta Drive.
