Summer Hill is a subdivision of detached, single family homes by Gambone Development ca. 2003. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,000-3,300 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,800 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately one-third of an acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from Grosser Road onto Summer Hill Drive. A number of homes by the builder constructed at the same time along Buchert Road (near Cross Road), although not contiguous to the primary neighborhood, are considered part of "Summer Hill" and typically presented as such when marketed for resale.
