Northwoods

Northwoods is a residential neighborhoods of detached, single family homes built ca. 1939-1940. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,100 to more than 1,800 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,300 sq. ft. Lot sizes are generally between one-tenth and one-fifth of an acre (median 0.15 ac.).

Entry into the neighborhood is from North Hills Avenue or Limekiln Pike (Route 152) onto Brooke Road.
