Waterfront Estates is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1970s and 1980s. Homes have 3-4 bedrooms, 2 to 6 baths and approximately 2,200 to 9,000 sq. ft. of interior living space. Some of the home lots border Mill Creek.

Access to the Waterfront Estates neighborhood is from Millport Road onto Waterfront Drive or Waterfront Estates Drive.
