Grandview Heights is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily during the first half of the 20th century. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths and range from approximately 1,300 to 2,500 sq. ft. of interior living space.

Grandview Heights is just outside the northeastern Lancaster City line. Access to the neighborhood is from Holland Avenue onto Fountain Avenue, McGrann Boulevard, Cameron Avenue, Coyle Avenue or Pleasure Road.
