Scenic Hills

Scenic Hill (also known as Colonial Park) is a residential neighborhood of mostly detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s. Median age is ca. 1952. Homes are mainly 3-4 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths, on lots ranging from 1/10th to 2/5ths of an acre. Median lot size is approximately 1/5th of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,700 sq. ft. Most homes have a full basement, and approximately half have a 1 or 2-car attached garage.

Walsh Park and Indian Rock Park both border the neighborood.

Access to the Scenic Hills neighborhood is from East Springfield Road onto Norwinden Drive.
