Beaupre is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily in the 1950s and 1960s; median age is circa 1961. A small number of homes were built as late as 2005-2006. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,600-5,000 sq. ft. with a median of more than 3,000 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from three-fifths to two and four-fifths acres with a median of approximately one acre.

Beaupre is generally bounded by Conestoga Road, South Ithan Avenue and South Roberts Road.
