Valley View is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1940s. Homes are typically 3-4 befooms, 1-1/2 to 2-12/ baths with basement. Some have garages. Lot sizes are generally less than 1/5th of an acre.

Entry into the neighborhood is from Media Line Road onto Mulberry Lane, Pickwick Lane, or Valley View Lane.
