Runnymeade Farms is a residential subdivision of condos, townhomes and detached singles built from approximately 1982-1994. Median age of the condos is ca. 1986; townhomes, ca. 1986; singles, ca.1989. Median lot size for the detached, singles is approximately one-third of an acre with median interior living space near 4,000 sq. ft. Interior living space of the townhomes ranges from approximately 1,400-2,200 sq. ft. Interior living space for the condos ranges from approximately 1,100 to more than 1,500 sq. ft.

Entry into the development is from Providence Road onto Canter Drive or Gradyville Road onto Runnymeade Drive.
