Bridgewater is a subdivision of detached singles and townhomes built ca. 1993. Median lot size for the singles is approximately one-fifth of an acre. Singles are primarily 3 bedrooms, 1-1/2-2-1/2 bath ranchers and colonials. Townhomes are primarily 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, some with 3rd story lofts. Some units have walk-out basements.

Entry into the neighborhood is from Bridgewater Road onto Judy Way or Park Lane (Bridgewater Farms) onto Gamble Lane.
