North Hills

North Hills is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1940s and 1950s; median age is ca. 1954. Interior living space ranges from 1,100-3,500 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately one-half acre.

North Hills is located on both sides of the West Chester Bypass (Route 322) between Pottstown Pike (Route 100) and Phoenixville Pike.
