Winding River is a borough subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1988. Median lot size is approximately one-half acre; interior living space ranges from approximately 2,800-3,100 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 3,100 sq. ft.

Entry into the subdivision is from Black Rock Road (Route 113) onto Valley View Circle. Winding River Lane connect the development with its southern neighbor, RIverwalk.
