Hartefeld is a golf community of detached, single family homes built throughout the Hartefeld National Golf Club; constructed circa 2002 by Bellevue Homes.

Median lot size is slightly less than one-third of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,000 to 5,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,900 sq. ft.

Neighborhood has a clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Access to the Hartefeld neighborhood is from Sharp Road or Kaolin Road onto Hartefeld Drive.
