Cedar Mill is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built during the first half of the 1990s. Median age is ca. 1992. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,200-3,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,700 sq. ft. Median lot size is slightly less than one half acres. The subdivision is located just outside the Kennett Square Boro limits.

Entry into the neighborhood is from Cedarcroft Road onto Davenport Drive.
