Brooks Edge is a residential subdivision of semi-attached (twins) and detached singles built ca. 1998-2001 by Berks Construction; median age is ca. 1999. Median interior living space is approximately 1,350 sq. ft. for the twins, and 1,800 sq. ft. for the detached singles. Median lot size for the twins is approximately one-tenth of an acre and for the singles, one-quarter of an acre.

The development is located in the southwest section of the borough along portions of Chestnut, Maple, Park and Walnut Streets.
