Hersheys Mill


Hersheys Mill is an active adult (55-plus) private community of approximately 1,700 homes, built in more than two-dozen sections or "villages" as they are sometimes called. Each section has its own homeowner association. The community has an 18 hole golf course and clubhouse with recreational facilities. Most of the residences are townhomes built primarily by Wooldrige Construction ca. 1974-1994; median age of the townhomes is ca. 1986. The three sections of detached singles were built primarily by K. Hovnanian ca. 1996-2001; median age is ca. 1998.

Interior living space for the singles ranges from approximately 1,600 to more than 4,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,100 sq. ft. Median lot size is less than one-tenth of an acre. Interior living space of the townhomes ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 3,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,600 sq. ft.

Entry into the neighborhood is from Greenhill Road onto Hersheys Drive.
