The Reserve at Bethel is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 2002-2008. Commencing 2006 homes were constructed by Mulray Builders. Prior to 2006 the development may have been known as Snowdenville Mews by the original builder (unknown). Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,400-4,100 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,600 sq. ft. Lots range from one acre to 2 and one-half acres with a median of approximately 1-1/2 acres.

Entry into the neighborhood is from Bethel Church Road onto Wiand Lane.
