Woodmont is a residential development of condos, townhomes and detached singles built primarily during the 1960s (detached singles) and 1970s (condos and townhomes). Median age is ca. 1973. Singles are located mainly on Jenkins and Woodmont Drives. Singles are typically 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, basement and 2-car attached garage; typically about 2,400 sq. ft. on a 3/4 acre lot. Townhomes are located on Gunning Lane and were built ca. 1973; 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, basement, some garages, about 1,500 sq. ft. Condos (also ca. 1973) are 1-3 bedooms, 1-2 baths, approximately 700-1,400s sq. ft. of interior living space.

Entry into the development is from West Uwchlan Avenue (Route 113) onto Winding Way or Woodmont Drive.
