Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,350 sq. ft. Entry into the subdivision is from Guinea Ln onto Grand Blvd or Peach Tree Ln. Grand Blvd runs from Guinea Ln to Orchard Hill Cir which is in the Orchard Hill subdivision built by Judd Builders just before Turnberry.
