The Fairways neighborhood generally refers to a series of developments surrounding the Fairways Golf Club. Homes were built primarily from the 1960s through the 1980s. Median age is ca. 1987. The townhomes are found along Sand Wedge Court, Dogleg Drive and Greensward Road North. Townhomes have 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, full basements, and 1-car, attached garages. Detached singles have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 2-1/2 baths and 1 to 2 car attached garages; most have full basements.

Access to the Fairways neighborhood is from Elbow Lane onto Greensward Road North or Street Road West onto Wedge Way.
