Willow Stream

Willow Stream is a residential subdivision of townhomes and condos built circa 1996. Eaton Court was built last by Regent Valley Builders. Other streets preceded Eaton and were built by Katz Swerdloff.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to 1,600 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,200 sq. ft.

Evergreen was the name of a Regent Valley model. Bayberry and Cypress models were built by Katz Swerdloff.

Entry into the development is from Willow Stream Dr onto Carriage Way.

Street Names: Andover Court, Bedford Court, Carriage Way, Concord Court, Denby Court, Eaton Ct

Model Names: Bayberry, Cypress, Evergreen
