Wellington Estates is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily in two phases (1970s, then later 1990s). Some of the later homes were built by Select Properties. Sizes range from approximately 2,000 to 3,400 sq. ft. of interior living space. with a median of 2,500 sq. ft. Lots range from approximately 0.8 to 1.4 acres with a median of 1.0 acre.

Entry into the Wellington Estates neighborhood is from Burnt House Hill Rd onto Watson Dr.
