The development was planned for approximately 100-120 single level condominiums in 10-11 two and three story, elevator buildings of 8 or 12 units each, respectively. There's basically a single, 2 bedroom, 2 bath model. Top floor units have cathedral ceilings Promotional materials distributed in early 2007 indicate that the builder now refers to the development as "Legacy" at West Bristol.
