The builder called them "attached ranch homes featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, eat-in kitchen with pantry, attached garage, finished loft, full basement plus options.

Townhomes are approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. Twins are approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Lots are one-tenth of an acre or less.

Entry into the development is from Byberry Road, a short distance southeast of Mechanicsville Road.
