Timberlane

Timberlane is a limited-access, residential subdivision of approximately 40 detached, single family homes built circa 1995 by Quaker Group.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,600 to 3,000 sq. ft with a median of approximately 2,750 sq. ft. Median lot size is slightly less than one-half acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from Bensalem Boulevard southbound onto Timber Lane. The southern boundary of the development borders the property of the Russell C. Struble Elementary School.
