Greenfields

Greenfields (also known as Greenfield Manor) is generally regarded as those homes just outside (northwest) of Reading City limits bordered by the Reading Airport, Tulpehocken Creek, and the Schuylkill River. Single family homes were built here as early as late 19th century and as late as 2003. Median age is ca. 1957. Interior living space ranges from approximately 800 sq. ft. to more than 5,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,600 sq. ft. Lots range from one-tenth to more than 2 acres with a median of approximately one-third of an acre.

Homes in Greenfields are typically 2-4 bedrooms, 1 to 3-1/2 baths; most have basements and garages. A few have walk-up attices.
