Corn Hill


City residential neighborhood of detached singles, multi-family, row homes and town homes. This active community has a neighborhood watch, "tool library," and various annual community programs and events.

According to June 2009 issue of The Corn Hill Gazette, (585-262-3142) median asking prices of homes for sale were approximately: $185,000 (single family); $127,000 (condos/townhomes); $170,000 (multi-family). They also reported that recent sales ranged from $84,000-130,000.

The neighborhood is generally bounded by Inner Loop/I-490 (north), Ford Street (west), and the Genesee River (east).
