Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 4-1/2 baths, and 2 to 3 car attached garages. About 1/3rd of the homes have full basements. The others have partial basements.

Access to the Jefferson Park neighborhood is from Edinburg-Dutch Neck Road onto Galston Drive or Darvel Drive; from Conover Road onto Lanark Drive or Galston Drive.
