Lakeside

Lakeside is a neighborhood of detached, single homes of various ages built primarily from the 1950s through the 1960s. The name of the neighborhood is historical as Interstate 195 now forms a barrier between it and the lake.

Median lot size is approximately 1/5th of an acre. Typical homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 2 baths. Most homes have full basements; no garages.

Access to the Lakeside neighborhood is from Hempstead Road onto Lakeside Boulevard.
