Foxmoor is a subdivision of townhomes and condos built by Sharbell (and others) ca. 1980s through 2000. typical homes have 2 to 3 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths ranging from approximately 1,000 to more than 1,800 sq. ft. of interior living space. Between 10 and 20 percent of the homes have full basements and garages.

Access to the Foxmoor neighborhood is from Washington Boulevard, Hutchinson Road, or Pond Road.
