Crestwood (also referred to as Crestwood Acres) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1970s and 1980s. Median age is ca. 1978. Median lot size is approximately 2/5ths of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 2,200 sq. ft. Typical homes have 4 bedrooms, 1 to 2-1/2 baths and 1 to 2 car garages. About 80 percent of the homes have full basements.

Access to the Crestwood neighborhood is from Paxson Avenue onto Abbott Road or Arrowwood Drive or Hughes Drive onto Flock Road.
