Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths; about half of the homes have full basements, and most have a 1 or 2 car attached garage.

Access to the Briar Manor neighborhood is from Klockner Road onto Kristin Way or George Dye Road.
