Weber Park


Weber Park (sometimes called Hillcrest) is a residential neighborhood of detached singles and semi-attached, half-duplex residences built mainly from the 1920s through the 1950s. Median age is ca. 1951. Median interior living space is approximately 1,300 sq. ft. Median lot size is between 1/10th and 1/5th of an acre. Homes are typically 2 to 4 bedrooms, 1 to 2-1/23 baths; most of the homes have full basements; about half have garages.

The Weber Park neighborhood is generally bounded by Parkway Avenue, Pennington Road (Route 31), North Olden Avenue, and Prospect Street.
