Kingston


Kingston is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s. Homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths. About 1/3 of the homes have basements. About 2/3rds have 1 or 2 car garages. Median lot size is approximately 1/5th of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,800 sq. ft.

Access to the Kingston neighborhood is from Kings Highway (Route 41) onto Chapel Avenue East or Marlton Pike East (Route 70) onto Chelten Parkway.
