Kenilworth Estates is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s. Homes range from approximately 1,500 to 2,000 sq. ft. of interior living space. Median lot size is approximately 1/4 acre. About half of the homes have full basements. Some of the homes have garages. Homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 3 baths.

Access to the Kenilworth Estates neighborhood is from Chapel Avenue West of Kaighns Avenue (Route 38) onto Kenilworth Avenue.
