Spring Meadows is a subdivision of townhomes and detached singles by Hovanian ca. 1994-2002. Median age is ca. 1997.

Detached Singles — Median interior living space is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Median lot size is less than 1/5th of an acre. Homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, and 1 to 2 car garages; about 1/3rd of the singles have full basements.

Access to the Spring Meadows neighborhood is from Springside-Rancocas Road onto Meadowbrook Drive or Sharpless Boulevard.
