Ridgetree is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built during the 1970s and 1980s. Median age is ca. 1980. Median lot size is approximately two-thirds of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,800 sq. ft. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3-1/2 baths with 1 or 2 car attached garages. Some of the homes have full basements.

Access to the Ridgetree neighborhood is from New Road onto Falcon Drive.
