Masonville is a residential area of detached, single family homes built during the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s. Homes range from approximately 800 to 1,500 sq. ft. of interior living space and have 2 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2 baths. Lot sizes range from approximately 1/4 to 1/2 acre. Most have full basements and detached garages.

Masonville is a triangular area generally bounded by Marne Highway (Route 541), Masonville-Centerton Road, and Creek Road.
