Olde Mill Village is a townhome subdivision built ca. 1994. Median interior living space is approximately 1,300 sq. ft. Typical homes have 2 to 3 bedrooms and 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths; some of the homes have full basements; some have 1-car attached garages. It appears that the homes with garages have no basements, and vice-versa.

Access to the Olde Mill Village neighborhood is from Levis Drive onto Regency Drive.
