Apple Pie Hill is a residential neighborhood of detached single family homes built primarily during the 1950s, but with homes found from the 1920s through the 1970s. Median age is ca. 1953. Median lot size is less than 1/5th of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. Homes typically have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 baths. About half the homes have full basements; approximately 1/3rd of the homes have garages.

Access to the Apple Pie Hill neighborhood is from Fellowship Road South onto Salmon Avenue or Mill Road East.
