Typical homes have 3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths and 1 to 2 car garages. About 2/3rds of the homes have full basements.

Access to the Tall Pines neighborhood is from Cedar Lane (just south of Route 130) onto Tall Timber Lane.
