Pine Grove is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily from the early 1900s through the 1960s. Interior living space ranges from 900 to 2,200 sq. ft. with 1 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2-1/2 baths. Median lot size is appriximately 1/4 acre. Median age is ca. 1958. Several homes have full basements. Some have garages.

Pine Grove lies along both sides of Old Marlton Pike East, north of Tuckerton Road.
