Marlton Hills


Marlton Hills is a residential subdivision of detached singles built during the 1950s and 1960s. Median age is ca. 1959. Median lot size is approximately 1/4 acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 baths. A few of the homes have full basements. About two-thirds of the homes have garages.

Access to the Marlton Hills neighborhood is from Route 73 onto Baker Boulevard or Maple Avenue North onto King Avenue.
