Country Farms is a residential subdivision of detached single family homes by Chiusano (and others) built from the late 1970s through the 1980s. Median age is ca. 1986. Median interior living space is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately 1/4 acre. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths and 1 or 2 car attached garages. Approximately 25% of the homes have a full basement.

Access to the Country Farms neighborhood is from Elmwood Road North or Evesboro-Medford Road onto Green Brook Drive.
