La Gorce Square


La Gorce Square is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the second half of the 1950s. Median age is ca. 1959. Median interior living space is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately 1/4 acre.

Approximately half of the homes have full basements. Approximately half of the homes have a 1 to 3 car attached garage. Approximately 1/3rd of the homes have both basement and garage.

Access to the La Gorce Square neighborhood is from Burlington Pike (Route 130) onto La Gorce Boulevard; also from Columbus Road onto La Gorce Boulevard, Parliament Drive La Salle Drive, or Lansdowne Road.
