Breezeway is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 2001-2010. Median lot size is approximately 2/5ths of an acre. The smallest of the homes have 2,600 sq. ft. of interior living space. All homes have 2 or 3 car, attached garages.

Access to the Breezeway neighborhood is from Thompson Road onto Torrey Lane, Monabreeze Way, Luxorwood Drive or Meadow Oak Lane.
