Residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes on lots ranging from one-fifth to more than one-half acre. Homes appear to be built primarily from the late 1930s through the 1950s. Median age is probably late 1940s.

The neighborhood is bounded by West Nichols Street (north), North Fulbright Street, (east), West Chestnut/I-44 (south) and Route 160/North West Bypass (west).
