A neighborhood of which about 60 percent of the land is occupied by single family residences. It was named for William Wilson Corcoran (1793-1889) who was the founding father of Washington DC's Corcoran Art Gallery. The neighborhood has a light-rail station providing easy access to Downtown and to the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport.
