Green Oaks

One of the oldest neighborhoods in Lansing, nine out of ten homes were originally built prior to 1916. Land area use is approximately two-thirds residential and one-third commercial/industrial.

The neighborhood includes the Eastern High/Pattengill Junior High complex, the Bingham Elementary School. Nearby are Hunter Park (14 acres) and Riverfront Park (21 acres).
