Hidden Valley Farms is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built beginning ca. 2004. (As of June, 2011 some building lots remained for sale.) Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of interior living space.

Access to the Hidden Valley Farms neighborhood is from Central Park Avenue West or Zenith Avenue North onto Hidden Valley Circle.
